I just noticed that his asymmetry believe it or not is mostly similar to how it was before, but since he was so recessed, he had a double chin to cover up the asymmetry, as the surgeon advanced his jaw, the jaw moved forward stretching the soft-tissue that was masking the asymmetry. He also absolutely did not genio, your chin is supposed to be 1/3 of your bigonial width yet his chin is close to being the same size as his bigonial width. The genio also made his asymmetry worse, I don't know how to explain it.
