There is nothing you can do about it,
You can literally never ascend.
You could still get surgeries to look average but thats about it.
I reccomend most balding manlets to LDAR or ogremax instead.

I think its more the timing. Some people go to nw3 very quickly and can restore to nw1. Oldcels who have been balding for 15+ years and are at nw3+, over.
