In my opinion:

Turkish, Albanian, South Asian, French, Polish, Israeli, Ukrainian, Hungarian, Somali

I am romanian and spanish btw so i might be biased with some countries

turkish - ottoman empire mog halo alone says "wrong", even though some may say that's the exact reason why it's a failo; depends on one's own ethnicity and origin, i guess
french - self-explanatory (arabs and niggers obviously don't count as french)
