Hate how oral retinoids are gatekept from people... whenever I see pizza face people including girls I can't help but feel sad and disgusted. God acne is so easy to fix permanently if you know what you are doing but most are just given cope advice and cope methods and gatekept from what works. And sometimes prescribed shit worse for your health like antibiotics!!!

I think it is mostly caused by lack of retinoids(retinol) during childhood, development and puberty years ie vitamin A from diet, maybe sunlight in youth and development helps too. It is not that "natural" actually it seems, naturally humans don't seem to get it. That is why retinoids are the treatment of it, helps restore your body more to what it should have been naturally sort of IMO.

And yeah oral retinoids helped clear up my acne as fuck too wish I knew it as a teenager already lol. Fuck acne.
