I often like better the pre lefort faces than the post ones, in women too. Sometimes its just the phenotype or the particular ethnicity you belong to that has long face/no maxilla but its fucking balanced overall with the rest of your facial aesthetics.
But try to explain that to an incel PSL assbergers that believes he is going to wet his dick just by saving 20000$ for a bimax.

PS: Im starting to believe MSE+FM is a much better alternative than LefortI. Still need more data on forward growth with a facemask, but looks promising and much less invasive. DIY for 200 bux at your own home if you have the balls too.

Wtf are y'all talking about? It didn't raise his psl tremendously but he DEFINITELY looks better after! More forward growth and it looks like a shorter face=better psl. It don't matter how small it was. In the before, he looked like a total dickhead I would punch, now he seems like a cooler guy. His main failos are lips, nose, and undereyes anyways. There goes lip filler, infraorbital implants and rhino and he's solid!

Ugh was planning on MSE + LF1 within the next year, these threads scaring me. I don't know how to determine how much mandible advancement I can get away with without making turning me into chimp mode.
