no, I came back from school and went to sleep at 3 pm like usual, I woke up now, 10 pm and head hurts

no, I came back from school and went to sleep at 3 pm like usual, I woke up now, 10 pm and head hurts

make sure you dont move too much, stay in your bed and chill while drinking water. you can take other medication if you want (i dont recommend it however)
