Teenagers can have long hair with no problems. Boomers are the one who would call you gay/narcy if you are +20 and you have long hair. Worst part is that people at that age start suffering from hair loss, so if you are blessed with good hair genetics, an obese bald old fart will tell you to cut it off or you are fired or call you names. These are my theories of why they do this:

-There is a big chance someone with long hair is indeed narcissistic. It is what it is. You don't want to have a fag in your business.

-This people look bad with long hair. Any boneless manlet that want to look like Aquaman will end up looking like a cheap hoe Boomers are trying to help you in this case.

-Long hair people looks more "dominant", more "free", like a lion, of course this is the case of Chad. Boomer feels intimidated by this person presence and he knows he can't really give orders to a lion, he would rather work with a sheep.

-They are obviouly jealous his norwood 7 got mogged by Chad's long hair norwood 0.
