I actually see hella potential, for your archetype you need to 1. fix your skin, get on accutane or tretinoin for skin texture, get a different haircut, maybe dreads or a very low cut with a fade etc, and if you want you can get the mole removed or not it doesnt really matter honestly kind of a unique trait, lastly the biggest thing for you is becoming a gymcell, if you get super buff and muscular while being lean you will have that shit on locks. good luck bro.
