Teh first time I pinned it wasn't bad at all, I did 23g to the side delt and it hurt bad but it wasn't really that bad overall
The second time I pinned just after I finished I deadass had a panic attack. idk why I've never had one before in my whole life. Since then I've never had a really bad experience lol
