You'll need a trimax (bimaxillary osteotomy + genioplasty) to fix your recessed lower third.
To do so, first find a competent orthodontist who will then refer you to a maxillofacial/orthognathic surgeon. The two of them will collaborate for optimal planning before and after surgery. Beware, this is quite a long process. Expect to wear braces for ~12 months before surgery (decompensation phase), and ~6 months after (bite adjustment).

Based on this side profile picture, you will need other procedures to looksmax. Probably a filtroplasty/lip lift to fix your long philtrum. And probably a combination of oculoplastics to address your eye area (e.g. lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning + supra fat grafting). The LeFort 1 might alter your nose, so you will have to reassess it after trimax ; how it looks from the front will also help determine whether a rhinoplasty would be a relevant choice or not.
On top of those procedures, you will benefit from correcting your posture indeed, and also from putting on some weight/muscle mass, with a focus on neck training.

This is going to be quite a journey, but it will be worth the effort (assuming everything turns out well), and you could end up looking alright.

a genio most likely wont fit this case. It might look acceptable or it might just look weird. His philtrum and lips wouldn't change much so he would still have that recessed look to his jaw area.
