It's very hard to still look harmonious (natural) after getting invasive surgery, best cases of improved harmony that I've seen were people that had legit recession, and got it fixed with bimax, in other words, it brought their jaw to it's natural position, unlike in this case where his jaw was already in it's natural position and all that additional volume to his face just looks weird and uncanny.

Since you mentioned jaw surgery, Lf1 and BSSO are fundamentally bound to break bone harmony to a normie face or a typical recessed face. Yes it improves the mandible and overall looks combined with genio but if you're recessed you're moving the upper jaw - rotating it while the rest of the midface stays behind and it doesn't get rotated, and as a side effect the upper maxilla, paranasal area, malar area, nose upper body, infraorbitals, and eye area stays the same. Exceptions are people that got Modified Lefort 3.

That’s why you go for infras and Paranasal implant tho when you do jaw surgery (bsso/genio) without lf2 or atleast lf1 with a high cut
