Not surgery but i would say fillers. Specially those jaw and chin fillers. It looks good on someone people but most of the time it looks uncanny af

Not really is good for men who have softmaxed but still have chubby checks some people just have that and it won’t age your quicker cuz if it goes wrong you can allways put fat grahting back in the checks so I don’t really see why it would be bad

like my eyelids are little assymetrical and random my haters lets say hate me for that but its like minimal i think cause i said im insecure about it but im not now

It will naturally disappear over time and then later you will look good because you still got some fat whereas others will look gaunt and want to do fillers

I don’t know what you mean but of course you want low body fat but you want to keep it in your face so you don’t look like a skeleton. Under eyes and buccal area + temples most importantly. It will make you look younger and healthier and more attractive.

Yeah of course but being fat is what makes people do facial fat removal sometimes but it’s a terrible idea. What they need to do is get lean, and then much facial fat will disappear but you still look healthy. But if you removed it already and then get lean you will look like a skeleton and then you have to do filler to restore what you removed which is just absurd .

Facial fat will get less over time, just look at old people. You don’t want to remove it because otherwise you will have nothing left later and look really ugly
