Worst thing about medical school its how generalized it is

The subjects you study are extremely diverse, for example you can have a passion for something like gastrointestinal health, dermatology, psychiatry, endocrinology (my favorite medical fields), yet you also need to study other stuff that just don't interest you. Biggest example is anatomy, it's such a pain in the ass if you don't plan on being a surgeon it's almost completely useless but there is a huge emphasis on it.

Still im glad i study medicine tbh, just need to grind out on these subjects i hate to reach the interesting stuff in the later years. Couldn't imagine studying anything else tbh

You got to be kidding, medical subjects like physiology are very interesting and encompassing, learning about all of the processes that go in your body, or internal medicine learning about diseases and how they are treated and why do they surface etc.

You do know all of medicine is just theories of causation and knowledge of anatomy? It doesn't strike the heart of causation but instead gives theories on which chain of events can be tweaked. It is a very utilitarian but boring subject
