Two weeks ago i attended a party with very loud music. The day after i woke up with tinnitus. It was absolute ropefuel i couldn't focus on anything and for the first time in my life i actually thought about suicide.

After four days i went to a doctor and got prednisone which is the most disgusting fucking drug i've ever taken. However, i was completely desperate so i took it. Even tho i know the shit it does. I would have rather gotten my fingernails pulled out, limbs broken, or live as an incel then spend the rest of my life with tinnitus. I'm only 18.

I took prednisone for eight days at a very high dose. While on it, i felt completely stoned. First it just made me horny, but then the other side effects kicked in. I was sleepy but couldn't sleep proprely. My balls hurt and my testosterone dropped. Both my dick and balls got smaller. My hair started falling out, my body hair increased and started to look weird. My gyno decreased (i got gyno from high T levels + unoptimal estrogen conversion rate). My stomach ached.

After i quit i got withdrawals. Headache, pressure in eyes to point where they were very hard and felt like they were gonna pop. Shaking, random muscle contractions in arms.

Now my testosterone is mostly recovered. Hair is still weird, that will take longer. I still have tinnitus, but it's quiet enough and it seems to be improving on its own.

Again, this reminded me brutally that health is everything. Slaying, mogging or whatever doesn't come close.

Now i'm optimistic. Spring is coming and i have great plans. Spring will bring new life, sun, people and food, cure my tinnitus and allergy and help me recover a top tier body again.

I hope you fully recover. Health is true wealth.

Also looking forward to a nice summer.

Sun is literally lifefuel

You should've realised that tinnitus will slowly fade away on its own. You can't get it in one day jfl.

There are many permanent cases and i had to do everything to make sure it won't stay. My classmate has it permanently. Same cause.

As a physically chronically ill person that hides it during daily activities to fit in, I can agree that health is indeed everything.

I'd rather be a subhuman than a chronically ill mtn.

Realised I'm overdue for roping while typing this.

I agree, health is the foundation upon which we build our lives, the cornerstone of our existence, and the key to overall well-being. In many ways, health can be seen as the truest form of wealth, as it is something that cannot be bought or sold, but must be earned and nurtured.

I have a rare disease that they don’t even know the cause of and it’s costing me tens of thousands to get fixed and is cucking me hard + waiting times. I have also had tinnitus from birth and gay tmj from fucking jewing (mewing). I used to have retarded gut issues too and I couldnt stop shitting even in public jfl. You’re right op I would sacrifice 1psl for perfect health.

Not over yet, but it seems to be fading, which is massive relief.
