I'm 19 so im past the age that any sort of headgear or orthodontics could fix.

- recessed maxilla (asian)
- strong chin (makes my midface look even flatter relative)
-i think upper teeth are flared to compensate for a possible class iii malocclusion (underbite). had braces and was supposed to wear rubber bands but never did.

i'll first have to fix my dental compensation with a period of braces, followed by the surgery which will also take months to recover from. Lefort I is also known for making the nose wider and since the corners of my mouth are already narrow it would cook my front profile, though im considering rhino cause my nose is kinda big anyway.

all in all just wondering if a lefort is worth the risk and the recovery or if there are other routes I could take. or if there are other flaws that should be addressed lmk
