Worth getting canthoplasty at 16?

I feel like my NCT brings my face down pretty bad. Im wondering if it would be a good idea to get canthoplasty now, or if I should wait until im older. Would getting canthoplasty now have any negative effects long term on my face? Should i consider any other procedures?

I dont think you can even get cantho at 16 if you can prob do it since your bones will not magically get you a PCT since thats to late and even if wouldnt happen so get that cantho

canthoplasty alone is going to relapse very fast and leave you with no improvement
You should do canthoplasty + pexy + lower lid retraction and most importantly saddle infraorbital implants
