Worth getting test checked?

Haven’t had a morning erection in all my life (I’m 17 years old) and no facial hair

As far as I’m aware if you have low test and get it fixed then you can still grow to the same height you were supposed to because your testosterone and estrogen is linked therefore my estrogen would be low resulting in my bone age being really young?
