Worth running 1 cycle of igf1 lr3 for hyperplasia?

Like 60 mcg daily for 6 weeks. Or are the new muscle cells not permanent?

By itself it won't do that much also the dosage seems slightly low I think? My brother used this

But if it can increase muscle cell count then it can increase my limit without roids? So Ill have more potential than if I didn't use it but that's only if the hyperplasia is permanent which is what I'm wondering. It's more of a long term thing
