I'm 16m and i've avoided creatine because so many people say it bloats you and causes norwooding

true or just trolling? Also, should i look for any specific brand that makes creatine or does it not matter?

I heard "I think there's not a single organ or system in your body that doesn't benefit from creatine since it boosts energy production in the mitochondria";

My family doesn't have anyone balding, would i be good to take creatine or will the DHT production caused by creatine make me go bald?

Just curious.

Absolutely. Creatine is one of the best natural compounds out there, and this study you linked litterally say that it doesn’t change your hairline.
Creatine have almost mo side effects and his positives are great.

Its just a myth from a study from 2008, but new research like the one you linked shows no effecs on balding. Just do 5g a day no loading phase that shit bloats you.

Creatine is good for literally everything in your body, it does boost DHT slightly, but if you were going to go bald from androgenic alopecia, that was meant to happen either way, all creatine might do in that case is make the process faster by like, idk, 5%. The tradeoff is absolutely worth it.
