Worth to do rhino before bimax?

I really want to go through rhino cuz very wide nose but at the same time I believe I may need bimax in the future. I don't have severe recession neither overbite but I think I lack some forward growth. The question is, is it worth to have rhino to make my nose more narrow before bimax? Everybody says that bimax makes your nose wider after the surgery, but how much? It is very noticeable?

Bimax can change the appearance of your nose in many different ways, depending on what is being done. So obviously you'd wanna get the rhino after.
