Worthwhileness of Somatropine

I want to get Somatropine, it's a growth hormone. It's very very expensive. If I took a high dose, would I grow at least an inch out of 100 iu? I don't want to spend more than that. I'd buy it in a heartbeat if I just got an inch out of one purchase.
