Worthy of expansion?

44mm wide palate with a 6 teeth smile ???
I may just have big teeth but i have always been told my nose and mouth are too small for my face
If needed,what method of expansion could be useful in my case?

true bone expansion and a pallete widening only works in children. if you have gone through puberty a palate expander wont work

Im somewhere in the mid phase of puberty,also i know people older then me who have had significant face changes from MSE
