Yea im going to the gym, hopefully some bone growth to, would 4iu be beneficial i probably won't bother with mk677

im taking mk677, 4iu rhgh everyday i gained 6kg in a month, more forward growth, didnt gained height but im 184cm so idrc about height. to that mk and gh i take omega 3, d3,k2, vit complex, creatine, protein powder and gainer.
