i mean yeah then you’re probably still growing. a 100-300 calorie deficit is very unlikely to stunt growth. If you’re still growing, small deficits like that generally don’t affect height as long as you’re eating good and sleeping well. where you would get growth problems would be if you had large or long term calorie deficits, nutrient deficiencies, or being very lean for extended periods. At your size and with a maintenance around 2200–2300 calories, eating 1900-2100 calories is still a normal intake. when you’re done growing, then calorie intake won’t affect height at all.
