I think doing double jaw is not compatible with chin wing (because of the bsso part).
For only double jaw and fat removal, 10k will be enough at dr.a (He takes 6-7k).

You can do short chin wing at the same time as bsso.

Any other cheap but well-reputed surgeons besides Andreischev?

“The mini wing is a variant of the chin wing osteotomy. Its design extends from the chin region to the horizontal branch of the mandible as in a traditional chin wing. However, the posterior most cut ends on the upper part of the mandibular notch. It corresponds to a shortened chin wing that respects the basilar edge of the mandible. Its advantage is the capacity to associate it with a bilateral sagittal split osteotomy (BSSO) in the global management of dento-skeletal deformity. There is no contraindication to the realization of a mini wing. Contrarily to the traditional chin wing, a very low positioned inferior alveolar nerve(IAN) is not a contraindication to the mini wing.”

I like Chin Wings because it actually pushes the Jaw Foward, It would look really good when combined with a BSSO.

I need like 10mms of vertical lengthening and I have a chin asymmetry so I heard a Chin Wing would be better all around for width etc. I also heard it can give you jaw width that looks more natural then implants as well, but Im not sure. I still need to do more research on it.

Implants can look totally natural in terms of jaw width augmentation, as long as the needed augmentation isn’t crazy dramatic

And even then, I’ve seen cases where it still looks natural

how do you even find surgeons that do chin wings? i feel like they are a relatively new procedure and not many of them do it.

My surgeon does not like Chin Wing. He said that if the gap created dont fuse you are fuked.

Dr.Z or the pioneer himself is probably your best bet in regards to Chinwing. I am contemplating it too but am worried about asymmetry - since my jaw is really symmetric at the moment and I dont want to lose that halo.

specifically the long chin wing (as andreshiev calls it) is the one you want bcuz it pushes the whole jaw forward rather than half of it in a normal chin wing
