if your chin and brow ridge are still growing it would be one of the most important things to do
it is doubtful that they have much left in them though

no it won't help. Most of this is dependent on how much prenatal testosterone you had. My brow ridges and eyebrows have always been extremely pronounced. They were like that before and after puberty
