Not an expert but your mandible seems recessed along with a flat maxilla so i think a bimax could ascend you well, beware of botch tho

am i truly that recessed to require one, I read all of @lurking truecel s posts on bimax's and it made me think I shouldnt, I have no sleep issues or breathing issues and perfectly straight teeth dont want to go through years of waiting with braces pre surgery and no gummy smile, perfect lip height when smiling zero gum, no overbite or underbite

doesn't matter how much you are recessed, you are recessed and it's visible so just get a bimax or at the very least some implants

You are indeed recessed but in my opinion a genioplasty / chin implant would hide the recession pretty well

Genioplasty at least.

id be worried of low ROI as I dont meet any of @lurking truecel s Criteria for ascending hard via jaw surgery, having to be put on a long waitlist and wait 2 years for braces and be out 50k will leave me at 26-27 years old before the surgery would go through with the risk of getting chimped or dogmaxed or bite or revisions is a worry and because I have none of the criteria he says bimax will not change the front profile at all which would be the main reason id even get it

im leaning towards jaw implants but he and many other users made great points on how horrible they turn out and that they detatch the masseters when you get gonail implants and make you look like a block head with wrap arounds and dont turn out good,

so now im lost on what is the ideal ROI surgery for me to get from here, leaning towards conservative in size full face implants for as natural possible of a look but now im convinced that will turn out no good after reading so many posts here

I have about 50k-60k USD I can spend on it and need to make a move towards it

I don’t think you’ll get much roi from bimax. Genio alone will get you more roi, just don’t over advance the chin. As for implants/fillers I think adding bigonial width will give good results, hard to tell about inframalars. Ofcourse ideally you do all three of them

Fillers or implants other than that ignore any retard who tells you bimax.

i think you need both bimax and jaw angle implants but bimax first

Bimax won’t do shit for your front especially with 0 bite/height/smile issues.
You could get genio tho. This will also stretch your submental skin.

Also why are you painting your fckn ears :lul:
