Would a bimax be the best jaw surgery for me?

I messed up the images. Please tell me if you can see them

we can see em now, im not no expert but idk about a bimax, i mean ofc you could go for it and look nicer but i think your side profile would alr benefit by a rhinoplasty

Would it or is it just my recessed maxilla making it point down? or maybe my nose is overly projected from the side?

i mean yes it might be the maxilla fucking you up, ive got the same problem but will probably avoid LeFort surgeries as they practically make you useless for at least a month... although if you dont think a rhinoplasty will do it, absolutely go for it

Dude yeah it would be helpful, but keep it real. Are you really aiming for tons of surgeries? Do what u can and start from what is easier, then u will think about bimax canthoplasty and whatever

Any bite issues?

I'm doing every softmaxxes right now. I started using tret cream for my skin and i'm doing a bunch of exercise to fix my sphenoid bone and my mild scolios. I don't want to start hardmaxxing yet and I might never do it but I just want to know what surgeries could be the best for me.
Any bite issues?
No I don't have any bite issues and my palate is considered wide unlike my bones

Bimax should be a nuclear option imo but it would help you technically. I think the best ROI would be other surgeries though.

Cantho, genio, jaw fillers, lip lift and maybe an alarplasty would be best imo
