Would a body tattoo covering my upper back and shoulders decrease my PSL significantly?

I have scars (craters) looking like this on my back, but they are only upper back + shoulders
So I would get a tattoo like this to cover them, so I can confidently take my shirt off at the beach/pool

But I feel super self-conscious about it. I feel like I get stares at my back and shoulders.

Idk dude, at least get a tattoo that signifies something that haopened or is haopening in your life, but unless you're tall big muscle scary guy its probably gonna look cringe

I'm 6' with good physique and big frame.
I'm not saying I'd use these exact tattoos. It would just be in this same area (upper back + shoulders)

I'm worried about it making me look too thug and decreasing appeal to too many women

That's not my back (it's from Google). My back is completely straight. That photo looks warped anyways.

Yeah it's a permanent change for sure.

Definitely gives off thug pheno and decreases appeal to religious/professional women

depends on what look/archetype youre going for
you need strong facial bones to pull off the "bad boy" look

Lil xan pulls off a bad boy look with weak facial bones (aka "pretty boy")
I'm neither pretty boy or strong boned, so it will make me look weirder but it'll still cover the scars which are
1) unattractive
2) make me very self-concious

Unless I'm overestimating the unattractiveness of the scars?
