Would a Bullhorn Lip Lift fix my shit philtrum?

Bullhorn lip lift basically means pulling your lips up, revealing some of your inner lip tissue. Google it for more details

I edited my lips a bit to see what it would look like (i'm not good at this) :

I'm thinking of getting this at the same time I get Rhinoseptoplasty because the scar will in the same place (nostrils).
