Would a canthopexy look shit with no infra support

I was just thinking that I would need a canthopexy to tighten my lateral canthal tendon (if I was to get surgery) however I was thinking that it would look uncanny and shit with my lack of under eye support.

Are there any cases of this

Good base just latisse for eyelashes and topical minox for eyebrows. The topical minox on eyebrows will also help blood flow to eyelashes. Scalera for whiteness of the eyes and get longer eyebrows you can eat topical minox too instead of oral minox same thing anyway. Then dye jet black
