Would a CCW bimax help fat distribution in my face.

I've got chubby cheeks and since i hit 18, I'm scared it isn't going anywhere unless I fix it myself. I've needed a CCW bimax for underlying issues and was wondering if it would help distribute the fat evenly or will I still look like a fatcel even though I'm at low BF%.
