Yes, it appears that you do have an underbite. I would not recommend a chin implant or double jaw.... just the upper jaw. Lefort 1.

You could get MSE and pull the shit out of your maxilla but depending on your age face pulling might not be effective and Lefort 1 might be necessary.
Lefort also gives easier and faster results but you’re going to pay out the ass and you might want to get the plates removed which sucks just as much as getting them put in.

you dont need a chin implants whatsoever. maybe maxillofacial surgery for the underbite though, get a CT scan and send it to a maxillofacial surgeon, they can tell you more than us.

See I asked my maxillosurgeon that and he said a lefort would be too extreme for my case he suggested I get braces and paranasal and/or cheekbone implants to simulate a lefort
