Would a custom jaw wraparound fix my lower third

Was considering genio or custom jaw wraparound implants need to get lean again to be sure but any advice is appreciated ty

Sleep apnea worsens as u age so may aswell do it properly

I 100% am g either Eppley or Dr Dhir just getting 2nd opinions tbh I was considering genio at first but I think a full custom jaw wraparound implant is gonna give me the best return on investment I really won’t need any other surgeries after maybe rhino appreciate it

u might want to do a genio first. Also, be very conservative with the wrap-around implant. It's one of the easiest ones to fuck up and look uncanny. Use a porous custom peek or with hydroxyapatite coating

Was planning on saying I want it to be very conservative; rather have it be underdone than overdone. Dr Eppley or Dhir. I’m getting lean first anyway to figure out my true side profile I’m about 23-25% bodyfat right now, once I get to at least 15% I’m going to reassess. I might consider genio instead since it would be a lot less aggressive. Thank you. maybe genio + rhino or genio and a small jaw angle implant.

yeah don't even think about any of that till you're at 15% body fat. If you have money todd hanna is pretty good too, custom genio + implant

also go for genio / angles first as it iwll change your overall face and rhino plans might change after your new face
