I feel like some people on org still think we can track calories and that vegetables are healthy.

I spelled it wrong. I was mostly talking about the idea to track protein, carbs, etc. But you can't, especially if you cook your food. There has been studies showing that cooking meat can reduce the nutrient content by 50%, depending on the degree of cooking.

What? And yes cooking does reduce nutritional benefits but not that much in red meat like steaks ground beef etc more in eggs and organs but yes most people shouldnt stress with tracking food and wat to ur bodys needs but if u are obese or anorexic i encourage u to track everything u eat

Side note, why cant u if u cook ur food? Micros dont have any calories only macros do

You don't assimilate everything that is said on the package.
Yeah if you have an ED you should follow a diet of course 👍

There are still unintelligent people that follows government advices like they want you to be healthy. I think a thread about diet and why with proofs could be helpful, not only to have a diet plan but also to learn things
