Would a doctor ever put a 16 year old on test? 18 year old?

Getting bloodwork done tomorrow and I’m wondering what would happen if my test turns out to he horribly low

Start pinning then come to endocrinologist and say i need your consultation
He won’t give you receipt for test but he will provide help(in some cases they don’t even do that)
