I didnt know if the ccw and midface movement from the trimax would really benefit me cs i do have a pretty flat midface and the maxillary advancement would also give my upper lips more support right? I just dont know if the roi is there

Why do you think your midface is flat? It’s literally angled forward.

My bites good it would just be cosmetic, bcs from my perspective my midface and chin do look recessed. Could just be cs people are their own harshest critics idk. I just thought j woukd improve from more forward movement

hmm yea, light also plays a role, to def judge you need a pic 3 m away. But you can just do a consult with a jaw surgeon. If you are able to get a cbct scan close to you for a reasonable price you can consult with many surgeons almost for free
