Would a lateral canthoplasty increase IPD?

So I have an ICD of 31mm but an IPD of 62mm (due to my small eyes). Would a lateral canthoplasty potentially increase my IPD by like 2 mm?

In some before and after pics it seems like the pupil moves slightly outwards.
