Would a lefort 1 be enough to fix my subhuman side profile?

Or do you think I would need a lefort 2?
I’m already talking to some clinics and negotiating prices but they all just do lefort 1.
But I feel like it might not be enough.
(I’m also getting a genio with it)

What I never understood about leforts is wouldn’t moving the upper jaw forward make the lower jaw appear recessed? Unless a BSSO or chin implant was performed at the same time?

Almost all leforts also move the lower jaw, except when there is a malocclusion in which case the maxilla is only moved in the direction needed to fix the bite.

But in my case of course I would move the lower jaw too or else I would create an overbite.
that's why its also commonly referred to as double jaw surgery

I was using it but it started to hurt my gums because I was pulling too strong. Copeandrope's face puller is made out of a softer material that allows him to pull strong without hurting. But here in my city they don't have it, I tried looking for it a lot. So I just lost my motivation to use the puller. But it's legit, I still believe in it. But I chose to do a surgery instead
