personally, i think your nose is just inflamed, try some softmaxxes to fix that. if that doesnt work then spend your money

tbf i did also think so, have been put on a couple nasal sprays but didn’t exactly think they did a lot. What do you recommend? hydrocortisone?

got another question, obvs as i said i had a few nasal steroid sprays for inflammation within the nose. I didn’t mention, but i dont think i used it long enough to see a difference. However in terms of nose size reduction, would you say use a corticosteroid, or use the steroid nasal sprays?

started adapalene at this point, shit was making my skin red and dry ibr probs why

think i’ll try hydrocortisone first to see if that works, dk if you can use long term but will look more into a rhino
