would anavar+accutane be cool for me? (high iq please assist)

Hello fellow users.
I am currently on 20mg Accutane daily and have been for the last couple months. I am doing a pretty aggressive deficit to prepare for spring break/summer, and I want to take anavar to reduce the glucocorticoid induced muscle atrophy. I would probably take 25/50mg for a couple of months or so.

I know anavar is primarily metabolized through the kidneys, but it still has to make a pass through the liver. I am also concerned about the damage to my lipids.

Here are my current lipids and liver markers on 20mg accutane:

For some historical context, my liver itself appears to be able to not sustain damage when metabolizing toxic substances, but my livers ability to produce and metabolize lipids and lipoproteins seems to be particularly sensitive.
Here are the same metrics when I was taking 80mg of accutane daily:

My question is: If I kept up my 20mg accutane daily and added 25-50mg anavar daily do yall think I would face any issues? Would that be a bad idea or not terribly risky long term? Also, would anavar be worth using but with a statin?

Thats an inherent effect of androgens not var, and its modest, anavar is good for cuts but anti cortisol effects should be done with tren, relacorilant or metatyrapone

the hepatotoxcity anavar cause is recoverable anyway even with accutane. As long as you don’t exceed over 12 weeks of the anavar usage you will probably be fine.

Water, but use ancillaries while using it as well to minimize the damage

I talked to my doc’s foid pa and she basically said she don’t gaf. All the trt clinics I went to wanted extra bloodwork which I can’t be fucked to pay for. Also it’s cheaper to go from ugl anyway because my insurance doesnt cover anything.

im sure you plan on doing trt right? have you tried enclo? part of me wanted to wait a few years so i could get a perma script from my doc, was hoping that would be much cheaper, safer, and less of a headache

I tried enclo when I was younger and didn’t notice anything (no bloodwork tho). I’d rather just do trt anyway.

You could try faking bloodwork or getting a script online, they hand it out like candy if you are over 22. I am not tho so they needed more tests.

Just go to some online clinic and send them ur labs and do a consultation. I found one called royal medical center who would give me a script but it was 195 a month and I didn’t want to pay alldat.

i have really good insurance, my doctor visits are dirt cheap and same with my bloodwork, thats mostly why i wanna go through a regular normie doc if possible so i could get a perma script and put all of the responsibility on them

however, would they give me a decent dose you think? or some bs like 70mg weekly

They start you at 160 I think. They take your bloods every few months to see you how respond so they won’t let you get supra-physiologic test levels though.

i would go ugl but you could look for irl trt clinics in your area and look at the reviews, alot of trt clinics are known for handing out test freely and even prescribing supra physiologic levels and even stuff like anavar and deca

really depends on the clinic though and if the doctor you get is chill or not
