Would any surgeon other than Epply be willing to do these implants that mimic Lefort 3?

Seems like it would be ideal to get this in conjunction with lefort 1 for any patients who want upper maxillary projection as well and had intention of getting infraorbital malar implants. If you were getting a lefort then the implants would not extend as low as these but a modified version of these would give much more surface area of upper maxilla projection than standard infra malar implants

pretty sure attempting to fraud forward growth of the maxilla by getting paranasal implants and the likes results in looking uncanny in motion, especially while talking.
