No one benefits from buccal fat removal unless you were formerly obese and have enlarged fat pads.

It’s uncanny and unnatural if you don’t have hollow cheeks you simply lack the bonemass it’s better you fix that (implants, hardmax) then make yourself uncanny

It would go well but it depends on your gonial angle. Asians typically have a higher gonial angle but if yours is around 115 degrees then it would be beneficial. A higher gonial angle means a worse look for hollow cheeks

Gonion implants and fillers would make your gonial angle better, but it would depend on how severe your gonial angle is. If you’re exceeding 145 degrees, then you might need jaw surgery. But yes if not too severe then it would make it better
