Would bimatoprost help?

I have no under eyelashes, and i would want to get them to be longer. I've heard bimatoprost burns fat under the eye so im kind of skeptic. What do yall think?

yeah latisse works only apply to upper eye and be liberal with it (it still helps lower lashes because you blink and it transfers). i've been on it two months with massive growth and no side effects.
