Would bimax mess up a taban surgery?

I want to get both in the future and I think taban will ascend me harder than jaw so would getting eye surgery first be a bad idea

No, jaw is a massive falio. Eyes are a massive halo. A recessed jaw looks infinitely worse than a bad eye area

No no no MSE before bimax. The LeFort I cut will likely affect (diminish) the expansion above the LF1 level. Expand the maxilla BEFORE fracturing it transversely.
