Do you have an underbite? Bimax, I highly doubt you need Trimax, but that's up for a surgeon to assess.

Do you not have an underbite and are just recessed? Genioplasty or implants.

thanks. had a overbite when i was younger, but had braces. and implants as in jaw implants?

You could expect a marginal side profile improvement but I don't believe the return vs time investment is worth it here.
Your frontal view will likely not change significantly.
