Would blepharoplasty even save me?

I used to think that blepharoplasty on my ptosis eye would be my ticket out of sub5-dom and I'll finally be able to go outside without I'm everyone staring at me like I'm some alien, and id finally be able to go gym without scaring all the girls there without even doing anything, but the more I stare at my face in my pictures the more I feel like my actual eyeballs themselves are asymmetrical and it's not the ptosis creating the appearance of asymmetry, like my actual orbitals and eyeballs are misaligned and a completely successful blepharoplasty wouldn't even work because my actual eyes are what's asymmetrical

Unless this is my brain playing tricks on me, I really hope it is but idk
