im not completely sure if infras work ive experimented with it but its hard to draw a conclusion

i just hit as hard as i can with my middle knuckles, always prioritize power over frequency, and hitting harder than the previous session as the bone adapts

i do it every 4 days, but nowadays i only do it like once every 20 days since im happy where im at, the gains are still there idk why people say its just "swelling" its still fking there and when i touch it with my fingers it feels like bone not soft tissue
