My bottom incisor on my mandible are aching so bad, thought I'll remove it soon, does that lead to recession?

After one month I finally go to the dentist because it's getting worser, and I found out it's the first molar not my second premolar, i was quite happy to found it was not my premolar, but still, can I get it remove?
