not sure if chewing is worth it is dependent on your masseter insertions and you can't see them at a high body fat

Ah I see, can I not just poke around the area to find out? I've googled masseter insertions and could never find anything about high and low. Do you know how to identify high or low?

low is closer your you jawline and high is closer to the top of your lips. you can poke around to find out but you will never really know unless you lean down
